No, the speed is not being limited. According to the DECO application, the speed should be 1 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload. And in the speed test, I have 160 Mbps symmetrical.

@David-TP The problem, as seen in the image, is that both the upload and download speeds are limited, but at the top you can see that the speed is not limited.
