@Solla-topee guest and IoT both disabled and no saved information there. Olilo is the new SSID, fromabove is the old SSID and client is the old guest SSID.

@Solla-topee Thanks for the reply. Old SSID disappears when I turn off the main router, when I turn it on it comes back so it's definitely broadcasting both old and new.

I changed ISP's, reset all the deco units manually, set a new SSID and password, old SSID no longer viewable in the deco app however it's still broadcasting the old SSID and it's causing...
