Set up the Bridge with AP on both 701, and their IP addresses should be on the same subnet but different. Channel and security settings should be the same.

TL-WA7510N only supports 5GHz. Of course, you cannot use it to work the TL-WR740N & WA 701ND, or any 2.4 GHz devices.

Go to the configuration page of your router. Normally, you'll have a menu named Bandwidth Control to set it up.

I have a same adapter TL-WN881ND without any problem, which is 11N standard. You may try to update the driver for this adapter.
