I've now port forward Telnet on the device (it's a ecosense dedicated mircos CCTV box) and the telnet works. Just port forwarding to 80 or 81 is refusing to work. Any ideas? I wonder if it's the CCTV...

I've now discovered you can only change the management port when physically connected to the router. I've done that, it's still refusing to port forward 80 or 81
