It doesn't support offline~ I consulted tp-link support before about the same application.

The heat pump is a high power appliance which may affect the stable connection of the router. Did you try with another router? Is there the same issue with another router?

same issue with another guy here. in that case, we can take the V1 on the label as the standard one. Just met the same issue long time ago.
