@gdarcan I think you are referring to the Whitelist function. This will be also recorded in the system, and report to the developers for consideration.

@r.shoaib There is no mention of this version cannot be downgraded to the previous, so you can give it a go. BTW, if you want to troubleshoot the issue on the current firmware, we hope you could help...

@Matcol Have you tried to reset the AX11000 to factory defaults, then reconfigure it from scratch? Please give it a go, and we will escalate the case to the support engineers if the issue persists.
