Blacklist but no key word mean they wont able to access Internet right ? But when I try (normal google search , youtube , facebook) on the phone device , they still have the access to the internet....

I try to set up parental controls.... but when I use the device that support to not able to use internet...... still can access the internet .... thx for your time Firmware Version: 1.0.0 Build...
