I guess you didn't read my post: My 4 year old phone has better reception than this router on same location with same sim card inserted, there's no need to contact their support.

I have trouble connecting to 4g/3g network in remote area. I tested with my phone (iPhone 6) and I have internet connection (a slow one) but with same sim card inserted in router I get no connection...
