Tienes que cambiar tu Router por uno que soporte Gigabit. (1000 mbps), tanto en Wifi como Ethernet.

Same problem here. "Request time out". I cannot login to TPLink Router Console from Web nor iOS. Seems that the TPLink cloud is down.
