If your not using the controller software you would access it by going to its provided IP address. If the default login does not work perform a factory reset on it which will make the default login...

Did you perform a factory reset on the EAP you cant login to?

Thought I'd provide an update, Still the same with the EAP225, but due to adding another AP I was able to make the EAP245 where 5Ghz & speed was most important in the same room. and VERY impressed...

@GPB I'm sort of hoping its a hardware issue, as I'm actually really liking it other than the range is sort of ehh. I like the simpleness of having a few AP's and management in one place.
