@alexdelprete I've send a mail to Dutch support. Hope they respond. After I got my set a few weeks ago it immediately downloaded the latest firmware.

@Superior3000 In my case the website showed an empty page after logging in in Chrome. I tried it in Edge and there it worked. Not clear why and how. I have also the V1.
