Is there any solution for this problem in the works? It's been a long time since there have been any upgrades to the firmware... If a downgrade fixes it, where can we get the older firmware?

My hunch is that this problem results from changes in Catalina's handling of Time Machine disks that TP-Link's firmware hasn't been updated to handle. I say this because my wife's computer running...
