Really dissapointed in this product, and even more so the awful "support". This article clearly states "All TP-Link routers support VPN Passthrough for PPTP, L2TP and IPSec (ESP)."...

Same problem on a brand new AX50.. The ALG screen says allow VPN passthrough, but it does not work. Support on this is not at all helpful. 2 hours wasted so far.
