Has anyone succeded to set up Port Forwarding with a Norwegian ISP ?

I guess the port 23 issues was related to firewall/telnet. On external net WAN IP 80 gives can not open a connection to host on port 80. However on internal net with LAN IP 80 gives a blank screen.

When on LAN and enter WAN IP:port, the web page appears normally. When I try to telnet LAN IP:port and telnet WAN IP:port, I get an error message: Can not open a connection to host on port 23.

I have connected my HP Printer to the router (wireless). The printer has IP 192.168.1.103 as shown below. If I access the printer by typing the IP in the browser on my local network, everything works...
