@Muni have a c5 and had the same problem with the new rogers ignite service. had to turn off 2.4ghz on the router and use a range extender logged into 5ghz on the router as the AP for 2.4ghz.

for what it's worth. I have 2 ntfs formatted 160 GB drives plugged into an archer c5 and they work fine. However the 3TB backup plus does not work and it is ntfs.
