@Godzilla thanks guys i changed SSID names and bot to see both 2.4 and 5, but to be honest it is confusing, decided to factory reset the router and use default SSID and passwod. i now just see one...

i have jjust installed my Archer A7 router and connected to my virgin medial Hub3 in modem mode. I can only see 1 network which is 2.4, i expected to see both 2.4 and 5g networks? can anyone help?...
