As title. I see that v4 already getting one mesh support thru firmware update. So is v3 ever gonna get it?

Hi all, I am just wondering if I have QoS set for a device which is on high priority (50%), would the router still preserve 50% bandwidth for that device even there are a bunch of unset devices...
