@Daniel-nio Because its pretty fundamental for 802.11n and above. Turning it off is probably not the solution to the problem you are having.

@MatthiasLoi Every homekit product is certified separately. So they would need to certify every omada router individually and pay licencing costs on each one.

If you are talking about HomeKit router support, I don't think this makes any sense for TP-Link. For one, you have to pay license to Apple for being certified and I don't think it would make sense...
