OK, I've just done it again and it works like a charm. I've probably gone too fast in the procedure. Anyway thank you veery mush @noseran for your help !! You save me lot of time !!

@noseran Thank you for your quick reply. I follow your steps : I'm stuck on this point : added pad to the kernel file (the partition is 0x100000, so hex to dec, 1048576 bytes minus the size of kernel...

@noseran I'm exactly in the same sutuation, I really need to rollback to original firmware. Do you ever manage to revert to stock firmware ? Thanks
