Samething here with latest firmware (sept 2014) and slowdown is on 2.4 Ghz. Think I will go back to the previous firmware.

Modem ADSL+ is TD-8616 V7 and all setting default. Router Archer C7 with latest firmware. Also I think Archer C7 firmware is not top notch for the moment. But now everything is allright.
