@BenTee Try setting the 5GHz band channel width to 80MHz and test the speed again to see if there's any difference. You can also experiment with setting a different wireless channel for 5GHz band.

@Ian1917 AX53 is a wireless router - it's not a modem router and doesn't have RJ11 port. You'll have to use your ISP modem and connect AX53 behind it.

@dis69 It's hard to say at this moment because the root cause was not identified yet, but I would bet on FW. 10G ports seem fine - what hardware do you have connected at BE800 LAN ports 1 and 4 ?
