Please add bandwidth control feature in this router, because this router no have bandwidth control.

I set the limiter on the wan to 10mbps full-duplex, but the internet coming out is only 1.2mbps. if i use 10mbps half-duplex the internet comes out only 7.6mbps and the ping latency is very high. plea
