Good day my dust bun is not dispencing the water fot moping on to the mopping pad. I checked the rubber cap and openned the hole but stil not dispensing wate the mop cloth stays dry. Please assist

Good Day my vacuum does not empty after continues cleaning of 30 min the app is set to auto empty. but is stil does not do it. it only emmpties once cleaning is complete please assist.
