I think Archer C4000, Deco series products and C5400x can satisfy your needs.

while if there are 40 devices need access internet, Deco product should be better.

Thank you!, Archer AC4000 seems to be a perfect option, but I want to be sure if the power supply accepts the range of 9V - 36V

Hello,

The output adapter for C4000 is 12VDC/5A. So it can satisfy your requests.

The situation is that it will be used in a bus, and it is not planned to use the adapter that is included.
