What's the solution here because I have a Note 10+ with Android 10 and can't get over 11mbps on the 2.4ghz using the AX3000. I've spent a week with support and not getting anywhere.

More notes for above
5ghz is solid
2.4ghz is the issue. Linkspeed on 2.4ghz is 229mbps. If I swap out my AX3000 for my deco m9 plus and disable 5ghz on the deco my note 10 can easily get 40-50mbps. My ipad and imac get 40mbps as well on the 2.4ghz ax3000. So I know it's a galaxy/ax3000 issue just hoping there is a fix in sight.

Hello!
I have similar issue, I have an Archer C9 v5 with latest firmware, and my Samsung S10(android 10, november update) can connect to wifi, but after few minutes the speed go down 0. The connection show ok, but nothing happened.
I used for this router 9 devices with no problem (same time) , and I can use my phone with anothers routers without problem (like TL-WR841N).

Have you tried unsetting Randomize MAC address on your Note 10+ in the Advanced Settings? As soon as I set mine back to Phone MAC, the 5Ghz network began connecting. The 2.4Ghz network never had an issue. Hopefully this change helps someone. Click the gear next to your network connection and select the Advanced settings option.

@Kevin_Z Hello, I'm currently experiencing unstable wifi but not with the S10 - it appears to go beyond that one product/brand. My new macbook is experiencing wifi slowing to 200kbs or less (and stopping completely), fading in and out, as well as my on Samsung S20. Has your firmware update addressed the issue BEYOND the original S10 focus? To all products using the Tplink wifi?
Thank you,
