Model: Archer AX1500
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.1 Build 20200319 Rel. 62764(5553)

I bought this router to speed up the internet at my office.  a quick run down of the network i have here.  Two Windows 10 computers, and one MAC.  I haver GO-SW-8GE Gigabit Switch and a TP-Link AX1500 router.  I connect the MAC and my work computer to the switch and everything is good. when i connect the main computer to the network, it will not stay connected to the internet. I can keep it online long enough to open a webpage.  I have changed up the eithernet ocrds to all new ones.

@Sir_J_Tidus

Hello, what is the detailed network topology, is it modem-GO-SW-8GE Gigabit Switch-TP-Link AX1500? What is the model number of this GO-SW-8GE Gigabit Switch?

Is your main computer connected to the AX1500 by wireless (2.4G or 5G) or via an Ethernet cable? How about the internet LED on the AX1500 when the internet is dropping, is it orange or green?

What if you connect the AX1500 to the modem directly? Will the connection is stable?
