The sound quality (talk mode, connection mode) is very bad. Why?
Can I do something? Or new FW will improve the situation?

Do you mean there is lots of noise from the camera and the sound is very weak?
How long have you had the camera and Has the sound been bad since you bought it?
If possible, can I have a small video clip about the sound quality?
Have you tried to reset the camera and set it up again, relocate somewhere with less electric interference to have a look?
