Hi

 

I have a problem with using the TPPLC app on Windows 10.

I can add and configure the device using the web access and everything seems to work OK.

I can change the password and login with the web access.

When I try to use the TPPLC app and click on the 'Basic' or 'Advanced' cogs in the app I get a password and login box. I can't login with my password that I log into the web access with.

I've tried admin and also using a basic 6 letter password that meets the password criteria but nothing seems to work.

 

Any ideas?

Your message is a bit old but just in case someonelse is having the issue in the future; it could be because they have installed something like nmap which need npcap driver and uninstalled wincap.

Uninstall npcap and reinstall wincap should solve the issue

You will need to reboot your computer
