Can't login to TPPLC app with password failed error
Hi
I have a problem with using the TPPLC app on Windows 10.
I can add and configure the device using the web access and everything seems to work OK.
I can change the password and login with the web access.
When I try to use the TPPLC app and click on the 'Basic' or 'Advanced' cogs in the app I get a password and login box. I can't login with my password that I log into the web access with.
I've tried admin and also using a basic 6 letter password that meets the password criteria but nothing seems to work.
Any ideas?
