So, have you installed the Beta Firmware for v4 in a v3? And worked?

+1 with V3.
Support wasn't helpful.
Getting rid of DDNS is not an easy option for me..

No. I am not going to risk bricking the router.

What I've been doing for almost a month is running this script daily at 7.30am with a cron on a linux server. So the router is rebooted daily and have no issues at all.

#!/bin/bash
#Reboot TP-LINK router

user=admin (your web managment user)
pass=12345 (your web managment password)

(echo $user; echo $pass; echo enable; echo admin; echo sys reboot; echo y; sleep 1;) | telnet 192.168.1.254

*This admin is a constant, it is the password for the advanced menu in which the reboot function is via telnet, even if your web managment password is not admin. At least that's how it works in my TL-R470+.

The beta firmware does not solved the problem. After 7 days the interface becomes completly bugged. I am using no-ip services for two links (Cable and fiber).

Indeed, they didn't fix the problem. Now it only takes longer to appear.

Since TP-Link staff is not capable of fixing it, they should at least release the source code so the community could work on it.

TP-Link has a GPL Code center, no code for this router (yet):

http://www.tp-link.com/en/gpl-code.html

We should ask..
