Hi all,

I am using two nodes AX4200 mesh router. If I am using PA8030P as a Powerline LAN adapter to build my "LAN" mesh network. Does PA8030P is a bottleneck in my backbone network? PA8030P maximum throughput was 408Mbps, and AX4200 mesh router maximum throughput was 1,200Mbps.

So if my network architecture is:

Internet <--1G--> Main AX4200 Router <---> PA8030P......PA8030P<--->Subs AX4200 Router

                               └ PC1                                                                                       └ PC2

What are PC1 and PC2 maximum throughput?

Thanks.

@Ivan1107

With a real throughput of 408mbps that's the bottleneck in your network for sure.

Keep in mind that:

" The theoretical maximum channel data transfer rate is derived from HomePlug AV2 specifications. Actual data transfer rate will vary from network environment including: distance, network traffic, noise on electrical wires, building material and construction, quality of electrical installation and other adverse conditions. "

Also note that PA8030P does not support OneMesh - these are the PAs that support OneMesh.
