Hi,

 

It depends on the specific router model, but on more recent TP-Link Wi-Fi routers you have an Access Control feature that allows you to make a "Whitelist" of allowed devices.

 

When enabled, only devices that you have manually added to that Whitelist will be able to connect to the router. 

 

On older TP-Link routers I think this is called "Allow" list.
