No IP address on 4G box

I have put my SIM card in and I have connected to my tv put it is showing no IP address and no other information.

If problem still cannot be located or resolved, please send us screenshots of Status page and APN Profile settings page.

In addition, May I know the Carrier name of your SIM card? and if you insert the same SIM card into another 4G device, will internet work fine?
