Hi,
Can you please give a bit more detail about the problem?
In general, assuming your AX72 is connected to the Internet and working well, the simplest way would be to route an Ethernet cable from one of the AX72's LAN ports to the main Deco device and set the Internet connection type on that Deco to "Dynamic IP" (should be the default after a factory reset). Then you can link more Decos to the main Deco as usual.

hello yes the AX72 is connected to the internet and working like a charm.
I have the following additional Decos dotted about the house.
1 x M5
2x m9 plus
2x X20
what I want to do is utilise these to extend my WiFi: If I have understood you correctly then I need to reset each deco to factory settings. Then connect the deco to the AX72? Is that correct and will it then just find the rest ?
thanks

You don't necessarily need to reset them to factory settings. The links between the Decos should be independant of the cable connection of the main Deco to the AX72. If they are already linked together, then you just need to configure the main Deco's Ethernet cable connection correctly.
TP-Link also provides some setup videos that may be of help. https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/deco-m5/#video
