Hello, I have a problem with the Archer MR200 modem, the internet connection using LTE regularly drops out at certain times. Where to look for a problem? In the settings I have nothing that could cause I do not see, it always helps to restart the modem. Where to look for bugs? In the router or at the operator?

Please help to confirm more details about the issue:

1. How often does the LTE disconnect? such as once a day, or at specific time every day? and is the 4G signal stable in your area?

2. If you insert the same SIM card into another 4G device, will the 4G connection be stable?

3. If only the MR200 experiences LTE disconnecting issue, when the problem happens next time, please don't restart it, you could login the web interface and take screenshots of Advanced->Status page, Advanced->Network->Internet page, then go to Advanced->System Tools->System Log page to save a log file. Then please send them to us for troubleshooting

4. Who is the SIM card carrier? and if you have any different SIM card from another carrier, you could also have a try.

Hello, we have a router at work for private purposes, colleagues have reported this problem to me. According to colleagues, he always disconnected at the same time every day, at 7 PM, it happened yesterday as well. So today I watched and nothing. SIM card carrier is O2 CZ, we use the same network on mobile phones, at the time of the outage the LTE signal on the phone was stable. If the problem reappears, I will follow your instructions and send a log.

  @Sunshine Hello, today we had a problem with the connection again, the modem disconnected by itself. I downloaded the log file, but I can't attach it here. Well, at least a copy in the form of an image.
