hi, I have a problem when I change the sim card to another local provider (indosat & xl), and then I try to search the network manually but the same network as the sim card does not appear. My first provider is by.u and it works automatically.

thank you for the help

Hi, after you change the SIM card, if you reboot the router, will the router be able to detect the SIM card and correct profile automatically?

Please make sure the network type and network search are both on Auto, if no correct profile can be detected, please click the Profile list to see if there is another available profile, if not, please try to create a profile manually to see if internet will work.

Note: If still no internet access after creating correct profile manually, please share with us a screenshot of Advanced->Status page, Advanced->Network->Internet page and also a system log file saved on Advanced->System Tools->System Log page.
