Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 20211118 rel.71177(5553)

A device on the wireless network requires a 2.4ghz, WPA2 only. It requires channels either 1-6 or 11 for stability.

Therfore I created a guest network 2.4ghz connection just for this device.

The device shows that the Wifi network is bouncing between channels 5 - 8 - and 10.

Is there any way to fix it to a single channel or to fix it to a range from say 1-5?

Thanks in advance for your help.

If I may add some information.

The 2.4 GHz Guest Wi-Fi should be broadcasting on the same channel as the main 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, because the AX6000 has only one 2.4 GHz radio.

To set the channel of the main Wi-Fi go to the menu "Advanced" > "Wireless" > "Wireless Settings".
