AX1500 / Archer AX 10 router won't connect & only 4 of six lights lit, others dark.

Hi,

 

Would you please share a few more details?

 

Which 4 of the 6 LEDs are lit?

 

Is the fourth LED counted from the left side green, orange or not lit?

 

How are you connecting to the Internet? Is there some sort of modem? Does your Internet Service Provider require a PPPoE connection to be set up or is it like, plug the router in and it should work straight away?
