I reset my router and obtained the default pin and username from the back of the router. Then, I logged in and followed Tp-Link's "Quick Setup" guide. Although everything else is working fine, I have no internet access. The internet was previously slow, which prompted me to reset the router, but now I regret doing so because it seems to have caused more problems. What steps should I take to resolve this issue?
