May I know more details about the issue? If there is no internet access at all, please share with us screenshots of Advanced->Status page, Advanced->Network->Internet page along with system log file saved on Advanced->System Tools->System Log page.
By the way, who is your ISP please? and if you insert the same SIM card into another 4G device, is it working fine?
