Put in an O2 replacement SIM card previous was Virgin , my WiFi now not connected?

Hi, what is the model no., hardware and firmware version of your TP-Link product?

 

You mean Wi-Fi cannot be connected at all, or it shows connected but no internet access? Please login the web interface of the TP-Link device via a wired computer, share with us screenshots of Advanced->Status page, Advanced->Network->Internet page and system log file saved on Advanced->System Tools->System Log page.
