I am unable to add my Re 200 extender as I have forgotten my tplink id and passwo

Hi,

 

Plug the RE200 in the mains socket and then press the small recessed RESET button for a couple of seconds.

 

Then connect to the RE200 and open the page http://192.168.0.254/ in a web browser. You should be asked to set a new admin password, then log in and setup the RE200 as you wish.
