Hi,

My TL-WPA1000Kit (I can select my model at the form to open this thread), after a power outage, when the power comes back, all my network crashes, even if later I disconnect the PLC adapter. I need power off my router and PLC adapter, disconnect the PLC adapter from the power outlet, power on the router, and when the network works, connect again the PLC. Always happens equal. Some idea what happens?

Thanks!

Hi, thank you very much for posting on TP-Link Community.

Since the powerline adapters receive internet access from your router, if your router doesn't work after the power outage, the powerline adapters will have no internet access either, thus it is recommanded to check your router or modem first.

By the way, thanks a lot for the feedback about TL-WPA1000 KIT model selection, we will add it into the community system soon.
