Powerline-Adapter creating new W-lan

Hi,
is there any possibility to create a completely new w-lan with a powerline-adapter?
I don´t want to extend the existing w-lan from the router.
I search for a Powerline adapter which communicates with the router via power-line-lan and creates at it´s position a new w-lan independent from the router-w-lan.
Can you help here?

If understand your inquiry correctly - you want the PLC SSID to be different than your router SSID.
Lets take for example TL-WPA7517 KIT:
You can name your wireless PLC SSID whatever you want.
