Unable to locate extender wifi network despite reset.  Neither through tether app or Web ui

Hi,

 

I think normally you would search for and connect to the Wi-Fi of the extender via the operating system of your device, like the examples of Windows 10 and Android shown below.

 

After you are successfully connected to the extender you can then access and configure it via Tether or the webUI.
