TL-WN821N V4 driver

Hi, I have a TL-WN821N V4 adapter which doesn't see my network since I changed provider (the previous WiFi and the mobile phone's hotspot work), I looked for drivers on the site but I can't find them... I also have a TL-WN727N V3 stick (probably even older) that I was able to find drivers for and it works perfectly.

Hi,
What sort of driver are you looking for? Do the drivers available on TP-Link's website not suit you?
https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/tl-wn821n/v4/#Driver
But since you say the TL-WN821N can see other wireless networks it should be fine anyway.
Can you please check on which channel number the new provider's Wi-Fi router is broadcasting at? (either check directly on the router or check it on your phone while it is connected to the router's 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi)

@woozle my other TP-Link adapters (older and newer) have .exe setups, this one has files already installed by Windows update.

If Windows Update has already installed a driver for the TL-WN821N V4, then that's fine. You shouldn't need to install another driver.
By the way, the driver from TP-Link's website needs to be installed directly via the "Device Manager" of Windows, as is doesn't come with an exe installer.
Anyway, could you check which channel is being used by the new router? You can also plug the old TL-WN727N V3 in your Windows computer and then check it from there.
