Im connected to the modem but no internet.

Hi, 

Please test the same SIM card on other 4G devices to see if internet works fine, if so, please follow this guide to troubleshoot the issue on MR6500v:

If internet still doesn't work, please share with us screenshots of Advanced->Status page, Advanced->Network->Internet page along with system log file.

 

By the way, who is your ISP please?
