Hi everyone,

I have the LTE router mentioned in the title and I use it with a SIM card for a holiday home to access the AC and heater remotely (so in case we visit I can set the temperature before we arrive and also monitor the temps inside during winter). The issue is that after like every 1-2 months the connection is completely lost with all devices inside the home and the only fix seems to be restarting the router manually. Of course, this is not ideal as the whole point would be to arrive to a cosy home even if we don't visit for a longer time and to know whether stuff is going to freeze inside during the winter and therefore prevent that by turning the heating on. I can't seem to find a solution for this behaviour so if you have any suggestions, please let me know.

Thanks in advance!

Hi, it can be either router or ISP base station issue, it is recommanded to test the same SIM card in other 4G device at same location to see if there is any similar issue.

In addition, please check firmware version of the MR100 to ensure it is using the latest one, let us know the hardware version and firmware version for double checking.
