Model: Archer AX6000
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

I am trying to set up my Archer AX6000. From the BT ONT I have plugged the Ethernet cable from it into the 2.5GHz port on the router and I have a CAT 8 cable going from the router to an Anker device. The router has solid red light which indicates No Internet. What am I doing wrong?

Get the ethernet cable from the AX6000 kit and use it to connect you computer to AX6000 LAN port.

Any Cat 5E will suffice to connect AX6000 LAN port. Here's how to find your AX6000 IP address.

Here's how to log in AX6000 WebGUI.

I cannot sign in to 192.168.0.1 to send a screenshot.

The CAT 8 cable is brand new.

I have plugged the Anker device straight into my Macbook Air too.

@terziyski This is what I see for network Map - WiFi is working but not Ethernet?

Thanks for your help.

I'm using the cable provided in the box and it is now working.

One of the ports on the router seems to have an issue because when I plug an Ethernet cable into it the router stops working so I am not using that port. I'm using the other 7 ports.

I have set up ipv6 too.
