Changed over our router from a tp link router to this new one and now it won't connect our wireless devices. Just comes up with useless message about connecting without WiFi. Our phones are up to date and never had this problem before.

Hi,

What is the exact model name of your new TP-Link router?

Most of TP-Link's router models have a LED light for indicating the state of the router's Internet connection. It is usually labeled with a pictogram that sort of resembles a globe with a satellite orbiting around it.

What is the state of that LED indicator light? (i.e. off, orange, green)

Hi, thanks for answering, it is a Vr400 Archer.

The WiFi and hard-line are all green lights on the model itself and all devices trying to connect via WiFi have not had a problem doing so prior to the change over. It did start working for a few days, hence my apprehensive silence just testing it, but the second it was rebooted we were back to square one only now it refuses to connect to anything WiFi period. The only saving grace is that we have a hard-line bit we need WiFi.

Hi, did you fix the issue? If wired connection works, you may try to change DNS follow this guide.
