I got a weird situation today. We went to beach and when I came back home. We cannot connect to our Wifi. The SSID is missing.

All the lights are working. So I plug it in my UPS and I made a reset. After a few minutes. I connected my PC to the ethernet port and I was able to connect to the internet.

The funny thing is that when I try to visit the 192.168.0.1 in the browser I get this funny garbled text.

and tried to see the page source and it also looks like this

and the funny thing too is that I am connected to the internet right now and even connected to this device while writing this post. What is wrong with the reset? 

How can I fixed this? Is this already broken?
